30 Prime Bringing Steak, Fine-Dining to Coatesville in 2025

Jan 15, 2024 | Coatesville, Downtown

Local chef and restaurateur, Philip Ferro, is set to open 30 Prime, an upscale steakhouse in Chester County, early in 2025. The restaurant, originally planned for this year, will be located at 112 East Lincoln Highway, occupying 5,400 square feet with space for up to 100 guests in the main dining room and an additional 100 in the basement for the daily lunch buffet.

Collaborating with New Heritage Properties, Ferro aims to preserve the building’s unique historical features. 30 Prime will provide Coatesville with a rare fine-dining option, offering a diverse ala carte menu ranging from $10 to $100. The restaurant will also host themed menu nights throughout the week.

Ferro, a seasoned hospitality veteran, emphasizes the importance of making this new restaurant a community staple, reviving the beautiful building for the benefit of the local community. He envisions it as a place where people can enjoy a quick but sophisticated lunch, addressing the current lack of options for local workers.
