Free Live Music at Hibernia Park in Coatesville on Sept. 23

Lovers of live music will gather Sept. 23 at Hibernia Park for Music and Friends 3. This will be an all-day free music festival at Fiddlers Field in the park at 1 Park Road, Coatesville.

Keep Our Lifeline at the Brandywine sponsors the event. The organization advocates for the reopening of Brandywine Hospital. The festival was created to give Chester County residents a voice.

After entering the park, follow signs to the field. The event will run from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

T&K’s Obsession Concession will serve a variety of food options, including grilled chicken over Spanish rice, walking tacos and grilled cheese chicken on a stick.

9 a.m. to 10 a.m.— My Amp Goes To 11; 10 a.m. to 11:15 a.m.— Dog’s Dinner Band; 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.— All For One; 1 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.— Seth Witcher; 2:15 p.m. to 2:55 p.m.— Shut Up; 4:05 p.m. to 4:35 p.m. — Key Vibe; 4:45 p.m. to 6 p.m.— Hypnotizer.

“Our festival is based on strengthening community, bringing people together and reconnecting with old friends and making new friends,” said organizer Evan Tull. “Chester County has made a lot of progress in building better health care opportunities.

“With recent activity there is no better time to relax and come out to one of our beautiful Chester County parks and enjoy a day of free music. Music is healing and creates safe environments for us to process.

“With a lot of Chester County on edge recently, we hope to see you come out and unwind.”

The rain date is Sept. 24.
