Aug 4, 2023 | Coatesville, Downtown, Event

COATESVILLE — When the ever-popular Coatesville Invitational Vintage Grand Prix returns in six weeks, spectators can expect the debut of the first-ever Auto/Moto Show, along with the return of guest emcee Telemundo62 Sports Anchor Jaime Becerril and renowned motorsport commentator Bobb Rayner.

The 7th Annual Coatesville Invitational Vintage Grand Prix will be held on Saturday, September 16, when thousands of spectators will flock to Coatesville for the rare chance to experience the thrill of watching up to 90 vintage automobiles and motorcycles dating from 1900 to 1983. Vehicles individually traverse a challenging 2-mile course that winds through the historic city streets of downtown Coatesville in one of the only remaining Grand Prix events in North America still run on city streets. For a full listing of events, times, course map and details, visit https://coatesvillegrandprix.com/home.

Opening festivities get underway at 9 a.m. and the action runs through the afternoon. Becerril, an avid motorsport enthusiast, will appear from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. New this year, and adjacent to the course, is the 1st Annual Auto/Moto Show, sponsored by Brian Hoskins Ford and brought to you by Motor House Media. The show will feature a curated selection of eclectic cars and motorcycles that will highlight their uniqueness, build quality, rarity, racing heritage and historical significance. The vintage Auto/Moto show is free for spectators, but display participants must apply for entry at https://coatesvillegrandprix.com/auto-moto-show.
